How does Eco Dry Bead work?
Si+4 in the tetrahedron can be metathesized with AL3+,AL3+in the Octahedron can be metathesized with Fe3+, Mg2+ Equivalently. The metathesis between Al3+ and Mg2+ play the most important role. As a result, the crystal are being with negative electron, which makes bentonite adsorb hydrate negative ion and has the capacity of absorbing humidity. Montmorillonite belongs to the 3-layer clay mineral family with 2:1 structure. Its crystal unit consists of 2-layers of silicate tetrahedron and 1 layer of aluminium octahedron between it, The tetrahedron and octahedron is connected by conjunct oxygen atom. In this way, planer crystals with 0.96 mm in thickness are formed orderly.
